• Yes, it is possible, and it's easy to do. I set two up as a stereo pair, and they sound good for their size and price.

• These are strictly wireless. You can connect several to the Google Home app and play music with Spotify, YouTube Music, but not Apple Music or Amazon. Can also connect to a single via Bluetooth and then play music from a phone or tablet that is saved on the devise or Apple Music or Amazon Music. Hope that helps.
