Yes, it is possible, and it's easy to do. I set two up as a stereo pair, and they sound good for their size and price.

These are strictly wireless. You can connect several to the Google Home app and play music with Spotify, YouTube Music, but not Apple Music or Amazon. Can also connect to a single via Bluetooth and then play music from a phone or tablet that is saved on the devise or Apple Music or Amazon Music.
