• Yes, while your google home installed in your devices and as you said you got google hub, then Nest WIFI will be easy connected to google hub and google home.

• Nest Wifi replaces your traditional router. But, if you still want to keep your AT&T router, you can use it as a downstream switch to the Nest Wifi router. Most Wi-Fi enabled devices, including Nest Hub and Google Home can connect to internet via Nest Wifi.
