• I’m pretty sure that’s what I have. The nest will take place of your existing router, and you can return it to spectrum. I am NOT a technical person and I was able to set it up very easily, works great!

• Yes. Nest Wifi works with most ISP and modems. You need need to wire Nest Wifi router directly into the WAN port of your modem. Since you have a modem/router combo, we recommend putting it in Bridge mode to avoid Double NAT as it may cause connectivity issues.
