Nest Wifi isn't compatible to form a Wi-Fi mesh with TP-Link OnHub, while it is compatible with Google Wifi mesh system. Nest Wifi is the 2nd generation of Google Wifi with improved processor and coverage as well as new features such as the add-on points with Google Assistant-enabled speakers.
