Yes, Nest Wifi can work with TP-Link TL-WA901ND Wireless N450 3TER Access Point. We recommend putting your device in Bridge mode to avoid a Double NAT as it may cause connection issues due to creating 2 private networks. You can check out this support article for Bridge mode and Double NAT: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6240987

I did buy the TP-Link first, before the Nest WIFI, and it wouldn't stay connected to ANY of my NEST products. Not the camera, not the thermostat, none of the smoke detectors. the TP was crap and had awful wireless service in general. After a week of suffering I replaced it with the NEST wifi with one point. Now, the NEST WIFI is better, but you'll have to download two apps to get everything up and running. The GOOGLE HOME app and the regular NEST app. The GOOGLE HOME app doesn't yet have visual connectivity to the camera or the smoke detectors, so I use the NEST app for checking that. But I'm told they're working on it. In the meantime, everything is working correctly and I don't lose connectivity. Make sure you get the right amount of points - it depends on the size of your home. I even called the TP-Link people to ask if they worked with any NEST home products, to see if I was screwing up the install, and they refused to say. So obviously TP and NEST are incompatible. I hope that helped. Definitely worth the price.
