• Yes, it did for me. I am in the NYC metro area and have Verizon Fios service. I ditched their router and monthly fee. However, I only have Wi-Fi and no TV service. You might need router from service provider if you have tv services and Wi-Fi. The Google/Nest mesh Wi-Fi is awesome
