Do you need a router to use this to have wifi null

Nest Wifi is a router that broadcasts Wi-Fi to any Wi-Fi capable device. It replaces your traditional router and is compatible with most Internet Service Providers. Google Wifi needs to be connected directly to a modem using an Ethernet cable to set it up and get an internet connection. You do not need a router, as this act as one. BUT if you want multiple devices hardlined, this WiFi router only has one port (your ISP connection) and will require a simple switch to be able to add multiple devices, like Philips hue hub, Arlo base station etc.

Are you asking if you need a second router to use this router? No, this router will do just fine.
