“Does this switch automatically assign the correct speed? I ask because I have a 200 Mbps service. When I plug a device direct into my router I get 200+ Mbps but when I add this switch it cuts my speed in half to about 90 Mbps. Not going above 100 Mbps.”

• Yes but make sure to use cat6 wire and make sure it is not longer then 50 feet

• Make sure your using high speed cables. Cat 5 or 6 might not be fast enough. Use cat 8 for fastest transfer speeds.
