From my experience, I do not think it would extend that far.

Probably not. You might try a Luxul system. Also, it would require a line of site without obstacles to even have a marginal signal.

No. This device only reach in terms of feet. Maybe 30 feet from the router. It really need to be in the same house.

I do not think this one would give you what you need. It would be more for a small home that you were trying to extend the signal from the back of the home to the front of the house. You may look into one with more range like the AC1200. Hope this helps.
