I use it between my folks house and my motorhome which are 40 to 45 yards apart with a strong signal.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I personally would get one and see. You might want to chain two together, one at the 1st building and the second at the 2nd building, perhaps a 3rd to get full access throughout the 2nd building.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would doubt it. For a distance like that, i'd just go ahead and buy a further reaching extender. Or you could try buying 2 - place them in both buildings as close as possible - closest corners maybe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my opinion, this extender will probably not work as a viable solution for that type of distance between buildings with possible obstructions. Outside walls will provide resistance to your situation. I highly suggest that you look into more of a directional antenna that you can point between the two buildings to provide network connectivity. I had two antenna's installed in a business area that provided more than adequate connectivity from an agricultural technology provider out of Tulare, CA.

If you were going to plug it into your house, take a device that is already connected to the wifi network and stand on a wall closest to the other house. You need an oulet to have this plugged in, so stand near that. If you get a good signal from there, this device should boost the signal throughout the 2nd house.
