“What is the max speed this can output? If my router is putting out a 400MBPS signal, what is the max speed the extended network from this device can handle? Most are around 100MPBS; but I need at least 200 for high-def streaming in the dead zone.”

The max speed is 433mps. If your router is @400 you'll get all of it's speed.
