Go to the Arlo website arlo.com to download the app for different devices. Note you can also use the browser interface from any devices.

Both, you can install the app and use it while you are on the go... or you can log into your account on a computer and connect to your cameras.

You can set it up to email you when it detects motion. From the email there is a link to the video, which you should be able to watch on your phone. Works fine on my Galaxy S5, YMMV.
