The magnetic lobes that the camera attaches to need a screw in the wall to attach to the magnetic lobe.

You can use Command Strips Damage-Free Hanging: Picture Hanging Strips to mount the magnetic mount. Just get the largest size they make. Works well. I am using one for a camera now.

You could use double side stick tape for the mounts inside otherwise yes one screw

Yes, to mount the camera you will have to provide a mount which will require screws in the wall.

It comes with a magnetic mount which can hang on a nail, screw, or a push tac. The camera is not very heavy. Or if you have a metal surface, the camera will stick to it because it's magnetic. It's not recommended, but it can work.
