Yes u can set up only one camera to record on motion and the others on a schedule or however u want it. Also u can set one to detect motion and have the rest record also

Motion detection will be on forneach camera. You can lower the cameras you dont want motion detection for to 1% and one you want to use to 100%. If you need just one camera i suggest getting the 1 pack system instead of the 4 pack. This system only records when motion is triggered. It doesnt record all the time, so lowering the motion detection defeats the purpose of having the system unless this is a high motion area.
