“I understand the Pro has capability to speak through the camera to whomever. If purchasing the basic bundle, I understand a Pro version camera could be added - question is would all the features of the Pro system work on that Pro camera add on, i.e. speak”

Yes all the features still work when you add it onto your basic system. My pro camera is able to speak while my other ones do not and it was still able to sync with everything else
