Try using internet explorer (the blue "e") or firefox, or any other browser. If you can surf the internet, the problem would seem to be in the browser. If you have a smartphone, that's the easiest way to set the system up. It sounds like it was running before but now not, you can delete all the settings and devices down to the base. Then start anew and add all the stuff and re pair the cameras. I had the same problem and redoing "from scratch" made it all work fine again! Good luck! ;-)
