Rechargeable batteries are not recommended according to Netgear. It's also noted on their documentation that it could void the warranty. However, you can get some rechargeable batteries on Amazon at really cheap price. Battery Types: CR123 or CR123a. Don't fall for the ultra cheap rechargeable batteries. you get what you pay for. None of the big brand names (Enegizer, Duracell) make rechargeables i am aware of. Try at your own risk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 4 camera setup. The best and least expensive batteries that will fit C123 model can be purchased at Lowes Home store. They are sold in a two pack for I think it was $4.36 (that's for a 2 pack of batteries). The brand is Surefire and they are great lasting batteries. I read reviews on them online and apparently this company makes batteries and electronic scopes for police weapons. The reviews on these batteries were great and I have replaced some of my Duracell C123 batteries and these Surefire's last as long if not longer. For the price, you CAN'T go wrong. Hope this helps you out a lot. Enjoy

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Change the record schedule and be careful to pause live view when you are not watching as that will drain the batteries quickly. Also bulk batteries are much cheaper such as the 100 pack which will bring the batteries cost down significantly.
