it has to connect to the base, so you will have to buy 2 systems. These are not traditional IP cameras

You would need 2 base stations in order to do this. The 4-camera system comes with a single base station.

You would need a 2nd base router. Plus does your RV have Internet access? ARLO will not work without high speed internet access.
