• It sure can but just know if you live in a big two story home, this modem doesn't extend everywhere. I have issues with the modem working upstairs if I leave it hooked up downstairs.

• Yes, it can! I had Century Link service/router/modem before switching to TWC service using this Netgear router/modem. 10 times faster!!

• This should replace your ISP provided modem, I have replaced with my ISP (xfinity) and it works fine. Its been 50 days that I started using this modem+ router and it is doing a great job.
