It will work fine with your twc internet but not your phone! You have to have time warner's router/modem for the phone to work and the cable is irrelevant! Now you may have 2 routers/modems, one for Internet and one for phone and if that's the case you can eliminate the rental for the internet one and use this just fine but will have to keep the one for phone! If they have the phone and Internet through same unit, you'll just have to keep it!

I wanted to save money from paying for the monthly Bright-House modem on the bill. This modem is not compatible and I could not find anything at Best-Buy. There is no place to plug the phone-in in it for phone service. A Bright-House tech told me to try Staples or Office Depot for a compatible router/ modem for Bright-House service.
