You should be able to print from your computer to your PC over your home network (aka internet) even if your PC does not have WiFi. As long as the PC and the printer are connected to the same network (aka home internet), the method used to connect to the network doesn't matter (ie. ethernet cable vs WiFi). All you need to do is make sure the ethernet cable on your PC is connected to your WiFi router. Your PC will be able to find the printer on your home network and still print to it even if the PC is connected via ethernet cable.
