this will be dependent on how far your Wifi goes, both your Wifi & this adapter were tranceivers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine extends throughout the house 3 floors and from the pool deck to the front porch. Never had any issues, my cloud drive runs off it as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My router is in the basement and my office is upstairs on the other side of the house. The signal is pretty good
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We use ours about 75 feet from the router and works well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My PC is about 75 feet away & the signal is pretty decent so far

The closer you are with fewer obstructions, the faster you will go. As you go farther away, the signalling rate slows down to maintain a solid connection. So, as you go farther away, you can still connect, but it will get slower. Finally you won't be able to connect at all. We can get an n signal from the top floor of my house down to the basement and to the corners of the house fairly easily, but we do suffer speed penalties in places. I can even get the signal outside the house. Refrigerators and vents can cause fairly large dead or slow zones if they are between the receiver and the router. Over 150ft don't plan on getting connected. At 50ft, don't plan on it being all that speedy if "stuff" is in the way. But the signal tends to go well through wood and sheet rock walls, so most modern houses are easy to cover. Chicken wire/plaster walls can stop a signal cold.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was set up in the basement and the router was upstairs on opposite side of the wall. I'd say about 30 ft. The signal is strong in that location and the speed is great too. Not sure what the range is on the product box, but it seems to work well beyond 30 ft.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it is officially rated for 100 meters (329 feet). This assumes open air with no obstructions. I find that it is closer to 200 feet in a real house with lots of florescent lights. It will go through the walls of a wood frame house and I can use it outside on my patio.
