The range extender worked well for awhile but, now it seems to be disconnecting from my router. The issue is mainly with the 2G. I've been unplugging my router and plugging it back in and it will work fine for a couple of days then disconnects again. null

When I set up my first Nighthawk, I called them because I had gone through all their steps and nothing worked. Their solution was to change the router channel. I followed that and it worked perfectly. They were pleasant and efficient. Recommend you reach out to them for your 2.5G issue.
