Yes you can! Once you setup the netgear to extend your wifi, you can connect any device to the ethernet ports (it has 4) to make it a wired connection.

I currently have the extender in the second floor, my xbox and smart tv are wired both, and I can connect my wii u, tablet and iphone to the wifi of the extender! It works like a charm!

I hardwired my tv and my security NVR from the extender and it worked perfectly. 
Simply connected the extender to your primary router via wifi, then you can run up to 5 Ethernet cables from your extender to your peripherals.
