I installed ring doorbell to my lower level. The walls are all concrete in the lower level. Cannot receive signal on ring doorbell. I have tried regular WIFI extenders but they do not work because of the concrete walls.

If you have “regular WiFi extenders”, it may not work. I say this because any signal may have a problem penetrating

While I can't say for sure, I would say that you would run into the same issue as concrete walls also have metal reinforcement which definitely blocks signals.
