“Will this wifi range extender work in Mexico? On the Netgear website it says that the "country settings" must be set to the country where the device is operating. I had an older wifi extender in our home in Mexico and it worked just fine. I gave the older one to a friend there and I am now looking to replace it with this Netgear model.”

• Wii Fi is Wii Fi ,better if your router is also Netgear.

• I believe it does not matter, it will still work. I think the "country setting" only changes the language displayed in the web interface, but I have not tried this as the default language is English. Try asking Netgear customer support online about this to be sure.
