“What is the difference between the AC1900 desk and plug in models? I assume the features & setup are basically the same, but I'm not technical and if one is easier to install, that is the one I will choose. I prefer the plugin for my home.”

The wall mounted units have very few Ethernet ports. I believe they perform well, but the table mounted units are much more versatile, and don't put physical strain on the wall outlet.
