“Is this difficult to set up for someone who is in constant need of Tech help? My parents are constantly asking me for help. I can help them with some simple problems but not much. I will have to set this up for them.”

• The setup was mostly very easy. The only issue was that I needed to call Comcast to get it activated. Even that worked out well. The Comcast rep was friendly, helpful, quick, and, without my asking, even found a way to give me a discount on my monthly cable bill!
