Any mesh system will work for what your intended use is. Your problem is location and power supply. Meaning do you have a power source close enough to the gate to plug in one of the satellites and will the satellite have enough range to connect to the next closest satellite to secure a mesh link.

(This is mostly capped by FCC regulations, not the specific equipment.) You may be able go a little further (e.g. 80-ft) if the environment is free from obstacles, shared use, and competing signals, but to span 325 feet, you may need up to 6 satellite units (with A/C power for each), and to confirm reliability across each segment. This is probably overkill for a single-purpose connection, but might be worth it if you want to extend WiFi across your property. If you just need the connection for the gate opener and it has an Ethernet port, a physical cable is more practical. The cable could even run from a satellite unit, since they provide an Ethernet port for a remote devices. Best Buy sells a 150-ft cable, and several 100-ft Ethernet cables for under $50 each. 500-ft cables exist (of varying price and quality), but for a similar price you may be able to get a custom-length cable (with enclosure) to reduce the impact of distance (and environment).
