Its all on the same wifi network but you have the options to choose what is connected to each wifi extender with the app that goes with it. Connecting wps method is the easiest.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you had 3 different routers, you would probably have 3 different networks unless they could be set up to extend the network which I doubt. You would have to join different networks but it’s not as simple as joining the network depending on which floor you’re on. It’s all about router placement, interferences, and your location. Doesn’t matter though as this is a terrible way to live with all the networking tech that’s out there. Get a mesh network. Unless you’re trying to have separate networks due to different family members or something. Keep in mind, unless you have 3 different drops coming into the house, they are all going to eat off the same plate of network coming into the house. So if you’re trying to set up a different network for someone whose gaming or swim thing like that, this won’t really help either...
