• Yes. it has an app, does security checks, sets up guest network. I don't know about turning off specific devices a that's of no interest to me but I would expect this may well incorporate such - check with Netgear to be sure though.

• Yes - Netgear has the Orbi app that you can assign which device is connected. It also uses Armor as a security software

• There is an app named Circle that works with Netgear routers. The app will let you do most if not all of what you need.
