Yes, but you don’t need to do that if you have a smartphone and can download their app that takes you step by simple step to install. Took me less than 30 minutes to set up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi You can but I think you should be able to install it by yourself. If you currently have an internet connection you plug the one orbi into that port. After the orbi has found your internet then you place the other orbi in your home and see if the connection is blue which the top of the orbi turns for three minutes then disappears. If this is the case then you are ready to go. if not then move it to another location and try again. Good luck.
