I have a 2600 sqft home and use both the main Orbi and the satellite on the middle floor and it gives me great coverage upstairs and down in the basement. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This varies greatly on placement of both devices, material your house is made out of, and the individual antennas of the devices you are connecting to it. That said, I would expect you would be fine with the Orbi. I have it connected between two houses (~1500 sq ft each) that are 100 ft apart, with the devices at the nearest windows, and both houses have full coverage, and even spills into the back yard (when the devices are at the front of the house).

I have a single level 3000 sq foot house, while I don't deal with multiple floors, I deal with walls and house is also brick. I get full siginal all the way around my house, can stream music through iPhone while riding mower around lawn, and have signal halfway down street. This system will fill your needs and then some.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each device (the Orbi Router and the Orbi Satellite) covers approximately 2,000 sq. ft. (4,000 sq. ft. total when using both the Orbi Router and 1 satellite).
