“I have pl1200 plug in my office inside the house. I'm trying to extend a good Wi-Fi signal to guest house in the backyard. From router & guest house in backyard is about 60 ft. Both connected to the same breaker box inside. Is there better option?”

I’d recommend trying this device in then performing a speed test to see what your wireless signal is at. You might also consider a Mesh network system like Orbi for example. Works similar to the power line AC1200, but is much stronger and depending on which model you look at can hardwire multiple devices at once. All you need is power outlet and use the app (if it comes with) to setup in your smartphone or tablet.
