“It says in the description that the machine is self-evaporating; however, it also says that the tank will have to be drained. Which is it? Will the moisture be automatically ejected with the hot air exhaust. Or will it a tank need to be draining a lot?”

There is a drain option and I have run mine in both "dry" mode and "cool" mode and have nkt had to empty anything yet. I believe in time, I will have to empty the collected water but havent yet. I've had my unit for aboht a month and have used it every day.

Some moisture will be ejected with a hot air exhaust hose; however, any excess moisture will be collected in the water tank and the unit will need to be drained out. The unit has a tank full indicator light which will signify when the unit needs draining out. Best Regards, Customer Care
