• Yes to both of your questions. It works well for both. I also got the extension pack with the second joystick arm. And did some modifications to fit keyboard.

• Next Level Racing makes several add-ons for this stand. The one you'll probably want is called the GTultimate Flight Pack. The product page states "converts your GTultimate V2 into a Flight Simulator Cockpit or converts your Next Level Racing® Wheel Stand into the Ultimate Flight Stand. Take it to the skies and explore the endless possibilities." Best Buy doesn't appear to have it in stock at the moment, but you can find it elsewhere. Best Buy does seem to have the best price for the stand by itself though.
