• Hello, I'm sorry to hear about this. Please press the Reset button on the underside of the camera to reboot the unit. You may need a pen to do this. If pressing the Reset button doesn't switch the camera on, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] or call them on 1 (806) 341-9406 so they can troubleshoot further.
