Yes... just make sure your disk is clean cause I tryed to do it with 2k21 and it kept showing error.

Yes and No. If you have the digital version downloaded to your current PS4, then your profile, along with the downloaded games will be playable on the PS5. If you have the disc copies, you would need to repurchase the "next-gen" disc of each game.
