“Will this NVR system work with LTS cameras? its already installed was hoping for plug and play”

Thank you for the question and happy to help. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee compatibility of cameras that we don't manufacture. Depending on the retailers return policy you might be able to test if they work and return if not. Thanks, Night Owl SP Digital Support Team
