A:Answerhere's a good example - but notice there are other lights around assisting the night vision. Not too many and not very bright - just LED lights off our apartment complex. So to get an idea, in pitch black probably 20 feet - this is incredible for us! It's just our porch outside looking into public area where dogs poop but people won't pick up - trust me, it helps a lot! No more accidents! :)

A:AnswerNot sure but I know the chat function worked wonders for me on their site. I had to wait a little bit after the masses woke - but if you hit them up early, tech support was right on it! I had to contact them this way two times in one day - 5am and about 4pm - early bird gets the worm I guess. I was actually highly impressed with the chat support.

A:AnswerNo. All recordings will be stored on the NVR's pre-installed 1TB hard drive. This system is not currently compatible with our Cloud platform. They are no fees for using our App or CMS software or storing recordings with this product. Thank you!
A:AnswerTo utilize the 2-way audio feature, you would need to download and connect our Free mobile App to your Smart Device. To use the App, the system would have to be networked. Without Internet, you would still be able to detect audio from the cameras (1-way audio). However, you wont be able to use the speaker function as that requires the App. Thank you!
A:AnswerYour Night Owl device only needs to be connected to a modem/router if you wish to view it remotely on a PC/MAC or a Smart Device. To remotely view your system, you must manually connect an Ethernet cable from your modem/router to the DVR/NVR.
