“Is it possible to "Zoom" in to get larger picture, if you have a hard time seeing?”

• yes the camera does not zoom but you can zoom by pinching on the app or with the mouse on the DVR and screen of television or monitor

• These are fixed lens cameras and do not have optical zoom capability, as you would with a PTZ (Pan-tilt-zoom) camera. You can digitally zoom in, however, you will experience pixelation the further you zoom in. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
