Yes you may. I have two of them plugged into an outside outlet on an upper deck and the roof line keeps some somewhat out of the direct rain, but rain with wind driving at them may expose them to water. No problems yet after three months. A weather proof shield or cover will definitely help though if you can find one to fit over the power adapters.

Our cabling and adapters are meant to work outdoors, but as is the case with any plastics/cabling, extended direct exposure to sunlight and other elements will degrade the protective coatings and resilience of the component.
