Thank you for your question. This camera needs to connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and is not able to operate on a 4G cellular signal. As long as you have a standard Wi-Fi connection at the installation location, you’ll be good to go. — Night Owl SP Digital Support Team
