In short, the AF-P DX 10-20mm is NOT compatible with the D3200, but any lens that is AF-S type should work. If you can find one in stock in the focal length you're looking for -- F-Mount lenses are starting to get scarce with Nikon's shift to the mirrorless Z-mount. I will note that as of 4/26/22 the AF-S DX 10-24mm is still listed as in stock at NikonUSA.com, although it's almost 3 times as expensive as the slower 10-20 ($900 vs $310). You could just about get the newer d3500 body and the 10-20 for the price of the 10-24 alone! ($650 + 310=960, and the AF-P lenses work all day on the 3500)
A:AnswerNo, as an “AF-P” type lens, the 10-20mm DX f/4.5-5.6G is NOT compatible with the D3200, as there is no way to focus on that body. Generally, any body pre-2013 will not work with the AF-P lenses. E.g, the D3300 (with current firmware) would work, but not the 3200. See for details:

A:AnswerIt will technically "fit" however this is a DX lens made to work with crop sensor systems and your Z5 is a full frame camera. You will loose resolution and possibly introduce vignetting around the edges.
