if you zoom at 200x, it is ok but not like a regular dslr (and depending on how far you are from the subject, you will not see those leaf viens) if you are looking for bokeh on your subject at 200x, it will barely do that. But close up, it will give you great picture

It doesn't really have macro capabilities, so the legs of an ant are stretching it, unless you're just referring to seeing the ant and not being extremely close. I image you could definitely see the legs.
