Yes, the Nikon COOLPIX W300 digital camera has a date stamp feature that can be turned on and off in the camera menu. Stamped dates form a permanent part of image data and cannot be deleted. The date cannot be stamped on images after they have been captured. Movies cannot be stamped with a date. This feature also cannot be used when using "Night Portrait" (Hand-Held option), "Night Landscape" (Hand-Held option), "Backlighting" (HDR on), "Easy Panorama","Multiple Exp. Lighten" or some continuous modes such as "Sports".
