“I am looking for a camera with video for use at my kids weddings. I would like the lens that does blurring in the background. Don't know that I need a lens for sports or wildlife shooting. I am old and low tech. what do you suggest”

Buy you a couple of those smaller cameras that point and shoot. They are just as good and cheap.
