Is this a better buy than the Cannon T6? null

I'm a believer that the vast majority of photographers select a specific brand: Nikon, Canon, etc. and then remain loyal to the maker. Of course you need to compare the features of each and which one meets your needs and expectations. Then ask your photo professional at the store and trust their comments.

The Canon T6 and Nikon D3500 were very similar and priced the same, but the Nikon was a larger discount. The Nikon offered a 20s timer over the Canon 10s and 5fps shooting speed to the Canon 3fps. The Canon has NFC and WiFi, while the Nikon is Bluetooth and no NFC. With the 2 lens kit the Nikon included the SD card as well.
