• Yes, the Nikon D850 DSLR camera can control and wirelessly fire radio-controlled SB-5000 Speedlights from another room, around corners or outdoors in bright sunlight when combined with the optional WR-A10/R10 transceiver (firmware version 3.0 or later is required).

• I am not sure about the SB5000; Technically it should since the communication protocol should be the same.

• look at the nikon manual for the D850 on page 288-289. I think it shows that it does.
